One day, while the little red hen was out searching for food, she found a few grains of wheat scattered on the ground. The little red hen thought to herself, "What a wonderful find! I can plant these grains of wheat in the ground and grow a wheat crop!" The little red hen was very excited and immediately started to make plans to plant the wheat.

The little red hen went to her chicks and told them about her plan to plant the wheat. She asked her chicks for help in planting the wheat, but they were not interested. The chicks were too busy playing and didn't want to help their mother. The little red hen was disappointed, but she didn't let that stop her. She went ahead and planted the wheat seeds all by herself.

The little red hen took care of the wheat crop, watering it every day and making sure it had enough sunlight to grow. Over time, the wheat grew tall and strong, and soon it was ready to be harvested. The little red hen knew that she would need help harvesting the wheat, so she went to her chicks and asked for their help. But once again, the chicks were too busy playing and didn't want to help.

Undeterred, the little red hen went ahead and harvested the wheat all by herself. She worked hard to gather all the wheat and then she took it to the mill to be ground into flour. When the flour was ready, the little red hen knew that she would need help baking bread, so she once again went to her chicks and asked for their help. But once again, the chicks were too busy playing and didn't want to help.

Despite her disappointment, the little red hen decided to bake the bread all by herself. She kneaded the dough, let it rise, and then baked it to perfection. The smell of fresh bread wafted through the farmyard, and soon the chicks came running, eager to have a taste. But the little red hen shook her head and said, "No, I asked for your help and you didn't want to help. So now the bread is mine, and I will enjoy it all by myself."
